Orchard rules

Terms of use for Plumhail on iOS · Effective November 6, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

By installing or playing Plumhail you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the app.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Plumhail for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

Dewbeads and keepsakes

Dewbeads are earned only by playing. They and the keepsakes they unlock (slingshots, pip trails, hampers and skies) have no real-world value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and are lost if the app is deleted or the orchard is cleared.

No purchases, no accounts

Plumhail has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no accounts and no online features. Every part of the game is unlocked by playing.

Fair play

Please don't reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Who owns what

The game, its name, art, music, sounds and code belong to its developer. Your licence doesn't transfer any of that ownership to you.

As it is

Plumhail is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The developer isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from its use, where the law permits that limit.

For everyone

Plumhail is a family-friendly game suitable for general audiences. It collects no personal data; see the privacy page.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version is posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to play means you accept it.
